Is the backpack wired correctly? (Video Out to Video In on monitor) also check to see that the power supply is plugged in correctly.

Is the backpack power switch turned on?

Is the Flat screen set to the correct video source? ie: VGA. This control can be found on the Monitor remote control as well as accessed on the front panel of the monitor.

Is the software set to the correct video input? ie: composite or S-video. This setting is normally found within the software preferences.

Do you have the correct video capture card recommended by the software manufacturer? Contact the software Rep for information on compatible capture cards.
